Mercè Sánchez is the Programme Manager for Global Food Standards at BRCGS. 
Mercè is an Agricultural Technical Engineer, with a specialty in Food Industries from the UPC and Food Science and Technologist from the UAB.

She has extensive experience in the food industry and has worked as a GFSI auditor across a wide range of certification standards for most of the last18 years. This includes BRCGS Food Safety, IFS Food, Broker, Wholesale/Cash&Carry, FSSC22000 - Food Safety/Packaging, IRCA-CQI Lead Auditor Tutor for FSMS, IFS TTT and FSMS GTSM
