The Latin American Congress on Food Safety will take place in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico on July 15 and 16, 2026.
The venue will be the Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort, located at Carr. Barra De Navidad Km 4.5, Hotel Zone, South, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico.
We have two rates for different types of attendees:
- For professionals and companies throughout the food supply chain, the ticket price is $10,775 + VAT MXN (per person).
- For Consultants and Auditors, the ticket price is $16,000 + VAT MXN (per person).
The sooner you register, the larger the discount will be. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the ticket must be paid before the promotion expires for the discount to be honored.
What does the ticket include?

- Access to all conferences and discussion panels (two days).

Payment can be made by any of the following methods:
- Credit or debit card. Make your payment easily using a debit or credit card. Depending on your bank and credit card, you can select payments in installments with no interest. Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive your entry ticket in your email. Our payment systems use the highest security standards globally.
- Paypal. If you select this option, the system will guide you to make your payment. If the payment is processed successfully, you will receive your entry ticket in your email.
- Bank transfer. If you select this option when registering, you will receive an email with all the details to make your payment. After you have paid, send your receipt to the email address info@grupodelcen.com mentioning your registration code. Your registration status will be manually changed (from PENDING to PAID) by one of our administrators, and then you will receive your entry tickets by email. This may take 1 to 3 business days.
