When and where will the congress take place?

The Latin American Food Safety Summit will take place in the city of Cancun, Mexico, on April 29 and 30.

The headquarters will be the Cancún Convention Center, located at Blvd. Kukulcán Km. 9, Punta Cancún, Zona Hotelera, 77500 Cancún, Q.R.

What is the cost of registration and what does it include?

The ticket price is $10,345.- + VAT (per person).

The ticket gives you access to all the conferences and panel discussions during the two days of the event. As well as access to the commercial area where you can meet our sponsors, which are companies related to the food industry. You can also participate in raffles organized by our sponsors. And finally, you will receive proof of participation, which will be sent digitally by email.

There are discounts for group registrations. (See the Group Discounts section)

NOT INCLUDED: Travel expenses, lodging, or food.

How can I register for the summit?

To register for the congress, click the "Register" button above. If you have not yet created an account on the site, the system will ask you to make one. If you already have it, enter your login information.

After this, fill out the information that the form requests.
Choose your payment method and finish your registration.

You will receive your registration details in your email.

Do I need to create an account on the site to register for the event?

Yes. Creating an account on the site will allow you to track your registration, your payments, download your tickets, among other things.

I have forgotten my access information. How can I recover them?

On the login page, click the "Forgot your password" link to recover your password. Or "Forgot your user name?" to recover your username. A link for recovery will be sent to you by email. Be sure to check your spam folder in case you do not receive it within 5 to 10 minutes.

What are the lodging options near the event venue?

All hotels with an agreement are located very close to the convention center and can be reached on foot. These are the distances between the hotels and the Convention Center:

How can I make the payment to register for the congress?

Payment can be made by any of the following methods:

Wire transfer. If you select this option when registering, you will receive an email with all the details to make your payment. After having paid, send your receipt to the email info@grupodelcen.com mentioning your registration code. Your registration status will be manually modified (from PENDING to PAID) by one of our administrators, and you will then receive entry tickets by mail. This could take 1 to 3 business days
Credit or debit card. We use the Stripe platform to charge the card safely for you. If the payment is processed successfully, you will receive your entry ticket in your email.
PayPal. If you select this option, the system will guide you to make your payment. If the payment is processed successfully you will receive your entry ticket in your email.

What conferences and speakers will participate in the congress?

Will translation or interpretation be provided at the conferences?

Yes. There will be simultaneous translation devices into English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.

Are there discounts for groups or students?

Yes, we have group discounts:

For the discount to be applied, registration must be made in a single group registration, since the system will automatically calculate the ticket price depending on the number of participants indicated in the registration.
