Event Terms and Conditions

1. Event Overview
- This document outlines the terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") for participation in the event organized by Grupo Delcen, referred to as "the Event."
2. Attendees
2.1 Participation Fee
- The participation fee covers access to the event, coffee breaks, and cocktails only. All other expenses, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, and food, are the sole responsibility of the attendees. The participation fee is non-reimbursable and non-transferable.
- Grupo Delcen reserves the right to change the event dates if necessary. Attendees are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to these date changes, including but not limited to travel and accommodation expenses.
- Attendees are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for travel and logistical arrangements, including cancellation and trip interruption insurance, as well as for ensuring their own health and safety during the Event. Grupo Delcen is not liable for any financial loss incurred by attendees due to changes in the Event schedule, any health issues, or accidents that may occur during the Event.
- Grupo Delcen may offer discounted rates for hotels associated with the event. Attendees are responsible for managing their hotel reservations directly with the hotels. Grupo Delcen is not responsible for any inconveniences or issues related to hotel reservations, including but not limited to room availability, rates, or services provided by the hotels.
- Attendees may be required to provide proof of payment upon event check-in to verify their registration and payment status.
3. Sponsors
3.1 Sponsorship Fee and Contract
- The Sponsorship fee covers access to the event, coffee breaks, and cocktails only. All other expenses, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, and food, are the sole responsibility of the sponsors. The specific details of the Sponsorship fee and obligations are outlined in the Sponsorship Contract, which sponsors are required to adhere to. Any discrepancies between these terms and the Sponsorship Contract will be governed by the provisions of the Sponsorship Contract.
- Grupo Delcen reserves the right to change the event dates if necessary. Sponsors are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to these date changes, including but not limited to travel and accommodation expenses.
- Sponsors are required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their logistical arrangements, including cancellation and trip interruption insurance. Grupo Delcen is not liable for any financial loss incurred by sponsors due to changes in the Event schedule or any other unforeseen circumstances.
- Sponsors are expected to adhere to the agreed-upon promotional guidelines and deadlines set by Grupo Delcen. Failure to do so may result in reduced promotional benefits.
- Both the Sponsorship fees and attendee fees are non-reimbursable and non-transferable. They cannot be refunded, transferred to another person or company, or used for future events.
4. General Terms
4.1 Liability
- While Grupo Delcen will make every effort to ensure the success and safety of the Event, it is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or expenses incurred by attendees, sponsors, or their representatives.
- All attendees and sponsors are required to comply with local laws, regulations, and event rules and guidelines set by Grupo Delcen.
- By participating in the Event, attendees and sponsors acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Grupo Delcen reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Attendees and sponsors will be notified of any changes.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico.
