Jose Maria Pérez is Quality, Safety and Research and Development Manager at B&G Foods, he is also a member of the company's strategic team and a member of the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) Mexico Local Group.
He is a Communications Engineer with a Master's Degree in Strategic Administration, and is also certified as an Executive Coach and Team Coach. He has more than 30 years of professional experience, the first 15 years in the technology and communications sector in regional and international companies such as IBM and as an advisor to private companies and the government sector. For the last 20 years he has developed in the food sector, especially in the area of quality and safety in companies such as General Mills and B & G Foods.
Throughout his career, he has managed and led work teams on large-scale projects and has been recognized for providing teams with clarity towards a common vision and a structure that facilitates achieving team results, whether they are of infrastructure projects, technology, manufacturing processes, quality systems or more recently the development of a safety culture
