Julián David Poveda

Julián is an Industrial Microbiologist from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia, and has a Master's Degree in Quality Management from the University of Valencia, Spain. He is an experienced food safety professional as an auditor, trainer and implementer of different food safety and quality management systems. Since 2020 he has been the Representative of the SQF Institute for South America.
